I installed my CVD's today, fit perfect. No more binding. I also installed the correct length front lower controll arms. Looks like I am good to go, other than I need a upgraded outer rear diff case. I don't want to run it till I get it. Starting to look promising.
Looks like a very good upgrade.

Sounds good =)
Are lower control arms same as steering linkage arms?

Lower controll arms on all the first released MT's were too short, I recieved my proper length arms.

That is tempting..
If remembered rightly, somebody said the TBII CVD's do fit, just need to tap the bearings so they sit right..otherwise the CVD's would appear too long.
I take it you've tapped the bearings in but they were still too long?

These cvd's are specific to the MT. The cvd's for the tbII are shorter, and will not work on the MT.

One of my customers and I ran the MT's today, well impressed us both after installing the correct arms and CVD's. Not one issue at all. Customers MT is stock other than cvd's and a Jetpro MT pipe. I have a short video to post up later this evening of his truck and my Smeuy... (Smuey is a half Smartech half Nutech hybrid) both performed flawlessly :yahoo:

the cvd's are the only way to go for the front for sure...took mine for a quick blast in the driveway and it turns in about 3ft diameter..exceptional steering ......with the outer cnc case in the rear, cvd's, steering linkages all upgraded/modded and a few other alloy parts the MT is near perfect...all i have to do is fg gears and get some proper sized bushes made for the top of the steering C-hub and insert spherical bearings in the bottom and it's done...should be virtually mooproof...only reason for the fg splined stuff is once the centre diff is locked solid those iddy biddy pins in the diffs are going to be taking a heavy load and I don't trust em to hold up for long

I installed the exact same thing as clubin, moo and scott did. Proper length front arms and cvd's plus I added the metal rod ends to the steering. This is a great upgrade.
I still have not started my MT yet though.. that pesky ESP 30.5 won't start, but other than setting the needles to factory I haven't done any troubleshooting yet.
