yep, ran it yesterday trying to get the bugs worked out, "stock" throttle servo burned out without about an hr of use:eek:,and and ditching the stock 2.4ghz radio, and the stock steering servo they are just to (sllllllllllooooooooowwwwww) for this type of buggy,so I picked up a new spektrum dx3e, and a new hitech 645mg servo for the throttle, and a hitech 5755mg for the steering.
the radio was 99.00 @ the track nib
throttle servo was under 35.00 hitech 645mg
steering servo hs5755mg- EBAY 74.00 shipped

those fit perfectly..the alloy engine mount are a must over the plastic ones..I must say this is the best 1/5thscale car I have seen built so far, And I had 2 duratrax firehammers ,and a fg, and a baja, to date.. and this one so far is the best out of the box being built..

nah, I do not want the wide arm kit..I'am thinking of getting the diablo wheels I think they might make it turn better. they are like the firehammer buggy wheels..

Nice ride buddy :punk:
Having done a meet with the current setup, the wide conversion is highly recommended:dance:
