As above.
Can fg monster 2 speed gear box fit tb2?
And is there any mod for front hydro break fitting to TB2 front alloy hub?

Don't know about the 2 speed, never seen FG 2 speed in the flesh.
There's the option gears at higher ratio, if you prefer.
There is Nutech hubs that is ready to take front brakes:

But, like the title suggests, it must be used with:

you could fit a 2 speed, but not sure if the clutchbell shaft on the fg 2spd clutchbell would be long enough. I imagine so. next you would need a custom second shaft to accomodate the actual 2 spd
mud's got ya covered on the brakes. and I can't see why a little modding you couldn't fit hydros

pretty sure the hydros would fit with 14mm squares if you get the hubs with the caliper mount holes...the FG 2 speed would be tough as you'd need to find the gears with the correct on centre spacing that aren't to high geared and an extended pinion shaft to mount the spurs to; and honestly the nuey is plenty fast as it is

The question I have is where would you mount the master cylinders?

you'd have to make a servo and master cylinder mount tray

Personally, I think a 2spd belongs in on roads. the one way bearing in a 2 spd gets filled with dirt and stops working

i have been thinking of fitting a smaller tank to create a bit of space. only trouble with that is less run time, but that would be off set by being able to stop i suppose:yahoo:

Hey Bentley, next time ya have it tore down try something for me, if ya dont mind. See if the Rampage tank will fit on the pullstart side paralel with the center driveshaft. If the tank can sit where the Radio box and steering servo are, a Rampage servo mount setup can be used on the other side. It would free up vast amounts of space for a much larger radio box.

the tanks to wide and to long to fit down the side
the tank you want is a smartech titan tank it fits down the side like that and has a cut out for roll cage i think

Oh! Thats almost exactly what I want to do! Once my servos give out I may try that. The bellcrank in the throttle linkage is what worries me. A Revo 3.3 throttle bellcrank almost caused a runway, and I have not been a fan of them ever since. BUT now that I actually sit and think about it, I do have a killswitch in case something goes awry, unlike the Revo.
