I am driving the 29CC with the NuTech dual pipe and I just cant get the full speed out of the 29CC.. Its struggling to scream!

Already upgraded the airfilters to HP Baja and fine tuned the carb. It just wont go full speed with that Dual pipe. Only without any pipe I can get it moving fast...

Any suggestions?

Perhaps the 29cc is too much engine for the pipe?

Do you have another pipe or can you can try?

Ok:
1. Got it out of the box with 29 cc and standard pipe.
2. Had it running and decided to change from the standard pipe to the dual pipe delivered.
3. Ok, all sweet but wanted more speed.
4. Took of the standard airfilter and put the HP on it...
5. Now I had torque but only short time..
6. All of a sudden after changing the air filte the whole engine changed its charakter.... It ran well while the dual pipe was disconnected after hitting some bad jumps!

Anyway, no need to go through the whole bits and pieces.. Basically: In Flow = > Out Put.. so engine is struggling!

you don't happen to have an other 29cc laying around do ya i just cant see nutech selling this pipe if its going to restrict the flow on a 29cc.
or maybe it was not meant for the 29cc and only up to the 26cc
but to be sure i would check all the bits and Peace's you never know clamps are tight gasket is sealed good or there might just be something i the carb

I know when I tried the Nutech dual pipe it performed rather well. I was using a race ported 28.5 with an 813 carb and a Lauterbacher 4 shoe adjustable clutch. I was also Nutech’s alloy air filter. Since it seemed to be doing okay until you installed the filter, perhaps the filter had too much oil in it and it is restricting the air flow or not enough oil and dirt got in the engine. Even though you already adjusted the carb you might want to do it again. I find, at least for me, that sometimes the best thing to do when trying to solve a problem is to take a break from it to clear ones thoughts. I would try putting the carb back to factory settings and start fresh. These are just some thoughts; I hope you get it figured out. For reference here is my TBII running the dual pipe.

I have a go at that together with trying the Baja pipe on Monday. Will keep all informed. Thanks for all suggestions
