A friend of mine just got the rebadged FTX(Punisher)
I hope the 23cc(CY)that comes with it,be adequate enough to move the chassis.
Makes no sense why the distributor(CML)didn't order them with the 26 cc

you should send cml a note to order in some pipes from jet pro, or you could contact them direct.

My opinion: 23-26cc are too small for 4wd heavy car, and 29cc with stock pipe is better, but with good pipe it is great:)

I'm planing to update 29cc to 30.5cc.
35cc engine is biggest direct fit engine, but it is CN motor and very difficult to get or/and expensive.

really? I like the 26 motors myself. I like the revs over the big bores and if you need a little more oomph off the line just toss a red clutch spring on. 26 if the fh mt with a jet pro pipe and it wheelies like mad. 26 in my vw... whatever floats your boat I say :D

:D

I drive 1:1 diesel, i like low rpm torque :)

Here is RCI video:

For me, it sounds "smoo smooooo smooo smooooooooo" and clutch is burning....
(yes, i did read about gearing, this kind sand is very grippy etc)

I have been in touch with the BRCA section here in the UK and the Jet Pro pipe in its present design would be illegal for racing under the section rules.
So I am waiting the sections return from racing in Europe this weekend to clarify the rules to me before making a decision on which pipe to go for.

The Jet Pro pipe looks awesome but rules are rules when racing.:damn:

However if I was just bashing and enjoying then this is the pipe I would strongly consider for my buggy.

I can only say I have never found this to be the case CML are one of the best distributors in the world in my opinion.

but CML dont have the pipes DINO does as it is at the moment there are no rear pipes to fit the ftx / nutech in the uk

I agree they may not have a pipe at present however they haven’t had the car that long either. You have to give any distributor time to develop stock and what the needs are for that car.
CML do listen to feed back from customers and will try to accommodate the racers/bashers needs if there is a demand for a certain product like a power pipe but it can’t be done over night.

I sent Dino at Jetpro the information to contact CML last week. If they work something out then the Jetpro pipes should be there soon.
