Hi everyone, finely got all the bits needed to up grade the diffs in the TB11, Alloy centre housing,filled with new gears amd silicon oil, and std outer plastic housing, What grease should i use in the outer housing for the crownwheel and pinion lube???.

I like to use this sticky red stuff I found at supercheap auto. Being sticky it should hold onto the gears not fling off. Cant remeber the name right now.

allso when you puting it together use some sealer between the chassis and the diff housing to stop dust geting in there

what grease are you using then for the diffs.
and for the sealing the diffs, i use silicon head gasket sealer, works a treat especially if you need to do maintenance,you can just peal it off in one peace

Motor cycle chain lube works well, designed to stick and not be thrown off.

I have used this on my 1 /8th buggies crown and pinion gears for ages, and a can will last a long time
