Well was quite suprised to se that the Thunderbolt II Pro had landed today despite only being picked up by the courier on friday in the states. Pretty good going!

Very impressed with it, just waiting for a few more things to land then i'm sorted.

Already got a Rhino and Savox servo to go in it,

Still waiting on:

Jet Pro Pipe
Oneil Bros 30.5 PRO mod, lightend flywheel & teflon bearings
Desperado wheels
fg/hpi adapters
Hostile mini mx tyres
Elcon Cleon shell

Hopefully all should be here next week or so..

Heres the pics :D

Hey Mr Merlin,

Think I've saw a clip of your buggy blippin' around the field.

Just comparing your TBII Pro with another clip, and noticed this other guy's TBII Pro seems to nose dive when jumping. Wonder if this is due to all the extra alloy bits up front.

Curious: how does yours jump?

Cheers

I havnt noticed any nose diving at all, i usually keep on on the throttle till i'm in the air and then let off for the landing.

found that too with the MMT... my rampig you have to time right off the jumps so first couple of sessions with the MMT I was getting all wrong driving it like my piggie...now I do same as Merlin and it flies awesome most of the time...also depends on the ramp profile you're launching off and whether you let off too soon in the air which brings the front down

How approachable are the guys at Nutech regarding ideas and suggestions about changes and mods?
