its my sons birthday this month

I can remember when i was a kid a begged me dad to get a rc car but he told me you will brake it, here i am now with the big boys lol.

good dad. my dad made me get a paper route to buy my motorcycle. he didn't think I'd be able to save for one though I bet hehe. didn't even know what rc was back then outside of line controlled planes (never did get mine airborne either lol)

having the same rc is cool too, less spares to stock. you going to govern his throttle a bit to learn or is he pretty experienced allready?

he will be 9 and we started him with lectric buggy/truck when he was 5 ish he does have a hyper 7 21 nitro and has the ability to manage a track . he does have one fault that when a faster driver is behind him he brakes to let them past but doing this he has caused damage to the cars so i tell him to let the others drive round him

good advice. yup just give them the inside line and keep going, then chase them. see what they do and try to follow the fast guys. sounds like he's doing pretty good then... I think I was 20 getting that advice LOL
