Has anyone tried using parts off other cars like -
springs/shocks/oils,
clutches,
side pods/shells,
diffs,
Wheels & tyres,

and if so, have you had any results ..... good or bad

I also run FG Baja tires on mine as well.

I use Baja 5B springs F on R, R on F. FG wheels, and MCD tyres, not alot of other car parts will fit directly.

dif cases are the same size as fg. I am probably going to put a nutech case in my fg. many of the gt5r parts and fg are cross platform. dif cases are the same for gt5r and tb2. I had a spare plastic fg case to compare when I pulled the gt5r case, and have new alum cases to put in the tb2. the only thing with the fg you will need the alum end cap for the case to scew the dif gear on (fg plastic and alum on is all in one and has a tube slides over. the nutech has an end cap and gears go in from the end)

rod ends will work, arm ends, all the bulkheads and such from gt5r to fg will work. as far as the tb2, I can't see using too many non nutech parts. they are 1/3 the cost of fg stuff and good quality

I forgot the 5b springs are the same diameter as the tb2, got some tb2 rears on the front of my rampage and noticed that they fit...gives many more tuning options.
