Here's some very cheap DIY pre-load rings.

These are made from standard UK overflow pipe connectors

Cut to the length required and slot down the side

They simply slip on to the shock with a perfect fit.

I did the same sort of thing out of 1" id red line water line. Yours fell off too? LOL

1" ID is way too big bud! these are 21.5mm tight fitting PVC plastic and will work well.

you can also use fg preload rings.

I should have explained.... I cut it to the required length and removed the nescessary ammount to get it to fit properly on the shock body, and i secured it in place with 2 zip ties.

clubin also forgot to mention he has the MMT so shock bodies are a bigger diameter

I've seen 2 sets of shocker for the TB2, 1 with threaded bodies and 1 without -
1, how much are the threaded bodies?
2, other than the bodies and adjusters, are the rest of the shocker components the same for both types?
