Diff's are packed with grease. I used 10k front 10k rear, and 50k centre. Shocks, I don't know I haven't opened one up yet.

I am running stock shock oil.
so 1000 cts, converting to wt is hard because it wt gets progressively harder and not linear like cts
http://www.twf8.ws/php/tip/shock.html
this is older but helpful. xray oils are cts now too
so stock for me is 70-75 wt Losi oil.

I'm using FG 3000w on the back, on the front FG 2000w.
At the moment front & center diff is stock, and the rear i replaced it with stock FG but after a few tanks threw it now it seams to be putting allot of power out to the front wheels so will be changing the center diff when i have time.

Sickboy, or anyone really!!
What mods did you have to do to fit the FG Diff?
The mounting holes for the Diff gear are different are they not??
Would love to know if this is an easy mod. I'm too far away from my car to check myself :(
I've got a brand new Oddified Harm mag diff at home. Would work great as the centre or front diff.
Chris, Have you guys any experiance of fitting FG size diffs?

the case is the same size but you need the end cap to screw the dif gear onto

You might be able to use the diff gears from the Smartech Titan also. I put FG diffs in my SMT and they bolted right up.

Ahh I see.
Would be great to get sorted cos the Harm mag diffs are great. It uses a electrical coil for the locking effect so it works like a normal diff if both sides have grip, but if one side loses grip and starts spinning it locks the diff proportionatly to how fast the wheel without grip is spinning.
It would be an amazing centre diff or front diff.
I'll have to see if I can make it fit when I get home. If anyone has some parts lying about would love to get your opinion if it looks like it would work or not.
Mind you Nutech torson diff's would be better :)

I've just had a look at a parts list for the Titan and it does look like that would work.
The Titan has straight cut gears though does it not? That would kinda be a step backwards.

We dont have experience of fitting FG size diffs.
But Bentley Marshall got a fg car and use our silicon oil sealed diff case.
