Nice mods Merlin. Sweet paint job, sweeter steering servo link. What pieces did you use for that?

Hi there,
Thank you for this info, very good stuff.
As I have a stock TB2 I am looking for some improvements.
I will try the front and back diff oil setup you have here.
I have an issue with the lower suspension arms, the stock ones are really not that stiff and if you look at them from the side already heavily twisted from the spring itself. I see in this setup here you use MT lower arms? From the pics they look non-alu to me but they look much more solid then the ones on my TB2. Do these fit the stock TB2 without other adaptations?
Some people advise not to use aluminium suspension arms as they can bend where the plastic ones just jump back after a good bashin', any advise on this?
Also I have looked at the shock spring rear and front but they look the same to me? Are they?
Tx for a reply,
hugo

hi hugo
the diff oil is a must, it makes a big difference. are you sure you have not bent the hinge pins?
the wide conversion helps with handling, also use the MT shocks,
some use alloy, others plastic, i find that the alloy helps to remove alot of play in the steering etc.
cheers
